Marc McDonald
Marc has written three books, two on aspects of tourism law - Hotel, Restaurant and Public House Law - Registrations, Licences and Names (1992) and European Community Tourism Law and Policy (2003). He has written on a variety of legal topics relevant to tourism in a range of academic periodicals. He has acted as/for consultants to committees of the Irish and European parliaments on a variety of tourism and hospitality law matters. He is a member of IFTTA, the International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates, and is secretary to its Board of Directors. He is also an honorary member of SIDETUR, the Ibero-American society of tourism law.
