Your name, address, telephone number, email address, subscription status and IP address is held securely on the computers of Foxycart, our membership subscription service provider. This information is accessible to the Travel Law Quarterly and will be used to contact you and to manage your subscription. This information will not be rented or sold to any third party.
Financial Information
When you subscribe to the Travel Law Quarterly you will have to provide your credit or debit card details to Foxycart, our membership subscription service provider, who will hold this information in encrypted form and the Travel Law Quarterly will not have access to this information. Foxycart will provide this information to Paypal who will process the payment to the Travel Law Quarterly. Again, this information is held in encrypted form by Paypal and the Travel Law Quarterly does not have access to it.
Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we retain such information in the records of your account. We retain these records in order to keep records of our relationship, to measure and improve our customer service, and to investigate potential fraud.
